Abstract
|
|
|
Leiomyoma of the female urethra is a very rare entity. A case of leiomyoma of the female urethra arising from the anterior lip of the external urethral meatus in a forty-year-old female is presented.
The presenting symptoms were awareness of a mass and recurrent urinary tract infection.
The mass was resected surgically and confirmed as a leiomyoma histologically.
